Cove PREP is a Secure Care 24/7 Facility that provides intensive sexual offender treatment for adolescent males ( ages 12-20) who have been adjudicated delinquent. Cove PREP is located on the grounds of Torrance State Hospital, near Blairsville, PA. LPN, Full Time: You will be working Under the Supervision of the Nurse Manager, the LPN is responsible for assisting the Nurse Manager and Physician in providing patient care in a supportive and therapeutic environment.

LPN, Full Time: You will be working Under the Supervision of the Nurse Manager, the LPN is responsible for assisting the Nurse Manager and Physician in providing patient care in a supportive and therapeutic environment. The LPN coordinates with the Nurse Manager and cooperates with other departments as required to provide for total patient care. May assist on the milieu as needed by the shift supervisor.

Full-time with Benefits, The Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 2pm-10pm
